Does your Pastor remember his gift from last year for Pastor Appreciation?

How has that gift impacted him and his leadership over the last 365 days?

This year, what if you gave a gift that would impact him for generations to come? What if your gift multiplied seven-fold to impact additional leaders in your church?

It’s Pastor Appreciation month and my heart breaks for our pastors. While most pastors receive nice gifts, the gifts they receive fail to really improve the quality of their lives and ministry. I know. I’ve been in ministry for more than 50-years and I hear stories of pastors who feel stuck, burnt out, and depressed.

You have the power to change lives!

Your pastor faces many leadership challenges and those challenges are not going away. Struggles are only getting worse for pastors and their families.  Here are just five statistics I found on the Pastoral Care website that highlight the needs of pastors.  Click here for a full list of current statistics..

  • 80% believe pastoral ministry has negatively affected their families. Many pastor’s children do not attend church now because of what the church has done to their parents.
  • 80% of pastors and 84% of their spouses have felt unqualified and discouraged as role of pastors at least one or more times in their ministry.
  • 54% of pastors find the role of a pastor overwhelming.
  • 53% of pastors report that the seminary did not prepare them for the ministry.
  • 1 out of every 10 pastors will actually retire as a pastor.

Here’s the gaping hole that we can fill together

Seminary and Bible College do a great job preparing our leaders to learn, teach and preach the Word of God. But, there is a problem. Who taught pastors how to run a ministry, or how to handle conflict? Who taught them how to balance a budget, run effective meetings, and to hire and fire when necessary?

Where did they learn about growth opportunities? Who helps pastors to lead the church to take on debt in order to grow? Who gives pastors the insight needed to set up their executive team? I could go on, but I think you get my point.

Is there any doubt why our leaders feel so overwhelmed? The truth is, they haven’t been set up for success. Pastors do the best they can while “on the job,” and I believe that’s why so many suffer burnout.

Show your pastor your appreciation.

Give them the opportunity to become the best leader they can be!

A good number of years ago, I was labeled the “turnaround expert” by fellow pastors. I received that title because I led several organizations (one mega-church and two universities) from a state of near ruin, back to prosperity. Those were some of the hardest years of ministry, but God was with me. Since that time, I’ve coached several hundred ministries to fulfill their kingdom purpose.

I’m at a point in my life where I’ve decided to devote the rest of my years coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders to succeed in any environment. My passion is to see leaders live out their full God-ordained potential. Pastors from all over the globe attend my top-rated leadership-training program. I’m proud to say that we’ve had more than 1,000 leaders graduate my in-person leadership training. If you were to ask any of them, they would tell you my experience allowed me to obtain the answers our leaders desperately need.

I want your pastor to succeed, so I put together an extremely valuable offer. Will you be the catalyst that helps your pastor leave a legacy?

May God richly bless you,

Dr. Mark Rutland

SPECIAL PASTOR APPRECIATION OFFER

This offer absolutely ends on October 25, 2018!

You have the power to make the difference in your pastor’s life and ministry.  For the first time ever, I have agreed to release my full 60-hour leadership training course online. I have been dodging the requests to put my training online for years as I prefer to teach leaders face-to-face. But now, I’m in a position where if I do not release it, I feel I’m doing a disservice to those who just cannot attend in-person.

What that means to you is your pastor can now get my 50-years of leadership wisdom, insight and understanding in a very easy to use video format that’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for a full year. He’ll get expert help at the very moment he needs it along with practical teaching that can help him succeed and grow into the best leader he can be.

Don’t miss your opportunity to give the gift that will last generations!

Enroll your lead pastor now in the NICL Online training program from October 16 – October 25, 2018 and I’ll give him instant access to the NICL Online training for a full year, plus an additional 90-days of access. Your pastor will receive total access for 15 months in all. Then, I’ll multiply your gift seven-fold by extending seven additional leadership team licenses. For the price of one gift, you’ll impact a whole ministry.

Your gift of appreciation sows more than the $11,465 value as shown below.  Your gift sows confidence, peace, and freedom so that your pastor can do what he’s called to do.
